DinnerMVP legal
Referral Program Terms
These terms govern eligibility, attribution, validation, rewards, and program integrity for DinnerMVP referrals.
Effective November 6, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Referral Program Terms govern any DinnerMVP referral offer. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and the specific offer displayed when a referral is made. Participants must be at least 18, maintain an account in good standing, and comply with applicable law. Employees, contractors, partners, automated accounts, and residents of excluded jurisdictions may be ineligible.
2. Referral method
A referral must use the unique link or code assigned by DinnerMVP and must be sent only to a person with whom the participant has a genuine personal relationship or another lawful basis for contact. Participants may not purchase advertising using DinnerMVP trademarks, post codes to coupon aggregators, send unsolicited bulk messages, make deceptive claims, impersonate DinnerMVP, or obscure the commercial nature of a referral.
3. Qualifying referrals
A qualifying referral generally requires a distinct new customer to use the assigned referral method, create an eligible account, purchase the specified paid subscription, and maintain the qualifying subscription through the disclosed validation period. The offer shown when the referral occurs controls. Existing or former customers, self-referrals, duplicate households, fraudulent accounts, canceled transactions, refunds, chargebacks, and purchases not reliably attributed to the referral do not qualify.
4. Rewards and validation
The current offer awards the referrer 12 months of complimentary Plus after one distinct new customer uses the assigned referral method and successfully pays for an annual Plus, Gourmet, or Family subscription. Free signups and monthly subscriptions do not qualify. The reward activates after payment confirmation and expires 12 calendar months later. It does not replace, shorten, or downgrade an existing paid subscription or higher-tier Gourmet or Family entitlement. DinnerMVP may reverse a reward associated with a refund, chargeback, self-referral, duplicate reward, duplicate account, attribution error, policy violation, or fraudulent transaction.
5. Limits and nontransferability
Rewards are promotional, personal, nontransferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, exchanged, pooled, inherited, or assigned. DinnerMVP may impose reasonable per-account, per-household, campaign, or lifetime limits disclosed with the offer. Federal, state, local, and other taxes arising from a reward are the recipient’s responsibility.
6. Fair participation and enforcement
DinnerMVP may investigate suspected manipulation using proportionate account, device, network, payment, redemption, and transaction signals consistent with the Privacy Policy. We may withhold, revoke, or correct a reward when reasonably necessary to address fraud, mistake, abuse, legal requirements, or a material violation, and may request reasonable verification before issuing a reward.
7. Program modification or termination
DinnerMVP may prospectively modify, suspend, or terminate a referral offer for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or operational reasons. A properly earned reward will not be retroactively removed except for fraud, reversal of the qualifying transaction, material breach, legal requirement, or error. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
8. Privacy and publicity
Referral information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Participation does not authorize DinnerMVP to use a participant’s name or likeness publicly without permission, except as reasonably necessary to administer the program or as required by law.
9. Contact
Referral questions may be submitted through the secure support form.
